This agreement explains how you purchase tours and travel services and specifically limits BemBelga's liability.

An organizer has the right to cancel or change the date of an event. If this happens, BemBelga will try to provide an appropriate solution. If an event is canceled or postponed, BemBelga will do its best to inform you as soon as possible.

Prices / offers

All offers made by BemBelga are exempt from obligations and BemBelga expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular, if necessary as a result of legal or other regulations.

All prices are shown in euros, including VAT. In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid for a specific period while supplies last. No entitlement to these prices can be claimed before or after the specific period.

BemBelga cannot be subject to any price indication that is clearly incorrect, for example, as a result of obvious errors in composition or printing. No entitlement can be derived from incorrect pricing information.
